Meeting and pickup

Mahogany Bay (Isla Tropicale): After exiting the ship, walk through the shopping area to the end of the covered walkway near the Carnival taxis and buses. Turn left and walk uphill along the paved road toward the security gate. Meet the company representative just beyond the gate.
If you’re docking at Port of Roatán (Coxen Hole): After disembarking, walk through the terminal area past the shops and vendor kiosks. Follow signs to “Downtown Exit” or Gate #1. Exit through Security Gate #1, where you will meet the company representative just outside the gate.
