This tour is a fantastic way to see the Lake District from Glasgow. Our fully organised Rail & Road tours are perfect for visitors who are short on time to visit the Lake Dist, see it's landscapes and learn about it's history and heritage from our local, knowledgeable driver guides. Your journey will begin at Glasgow Central Station where you will board the train bound for Oxenholme at 09:06. Your return train will leave Oxenholme at 18:34 returning you to Glasgow for 20:42.

  • Travelers will need to catch the train from Glasgow Central Station, this part of the tour is unguided and travelers will need to ensure they make it to the station in good time. The train will depart at 09:06 and will not wait for any latecomers.
