About this activity

Tune into nature’s rhythm at Reykjaböð — a premium geothermal retreat set in the breathtaking Reykjadalur valley, just 35 minutes from Reykjavík. This is wellness shaped by landscape, where every element invites you to slow down, reconnect, and restore.

Slip into mineral-rich waters heated naturally to 38–40°C, surrounded by steaming hillsides and open sky. Let the landscape guide you. Choose your place. Stay as long as it feels right.

Outdoors, follow your own ritual. Warm yourself in the dry-heat event sauna. Awaken your senses in the cold plunge. Move between hot and cold in the Kneipp pool, where contrast brings clarity and circulation to life. Repeat as you wish — the experience is yours to shape.

Drift over to the swim-up bar and enjoy a drink without leaving the warmth of the water. When you’re ready, step ashore to the bistro for wholesome dishes and carefully crafted hot and cold beverages.

Warm up. Slow down. Come back to yourself — in rhythm with nature.
