Roma Norte is where Mexico City's early-1900s mansions meet its most exciting kitchens. Walk it with a Sabores México guide and travel the country bite by bite. Start at a classic neighborhood taquería with a traditional flavor you will only taste here. Then comes a juicy birria taco with a cold beer, and mole rojo with pork plus a chochoyote taco, paired with a mezcal cocktail. Next, Oaxaca flavours meets Mexico City in a unique tasting.

We close with Mexican specialty coffee and one last mezcal cocktail. There's also a sweet surprise we won't spoil here.
