About this activity

Feel the thrill of snowmobiling through Lapland’s snow-covered forest on private trails. Follow your guide through Arctic scenery in a riding group of no more than 5 snowmobiles per guide, with stops to take your own photos.

Enjoy approximately 1 hour on the trails, sharing a snowmobile with another guest and switching drivers if you both meet the driving requirements. A briefing and demonstration help first-time riders get comfortable before setting off.

Thermal overalls, helmets and hot drinks are included. Modern heated minivan transfers connect central Rovaniemi with our snowmobile base.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Drivers must be at least 18 and hold a valid car driving licence (Class B). Bring your licence and complete the required liability waiver before driving.
Two guests share each snowmobile. The approximately 1-hour ride is the total safari time, shared between drivers.
Sole use of a snowmobile requires purchasing two tickets.
The minimum participation age is 6. Children aged 6–14 travel in a sled pulled by the guide’s snowmobile.
Children aged 15 and over may ride as snowmobile passengers if they are at least 140 cm tall. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Moderate physical fitness is required. The tour is not suitable during pregnancy or for guests with back, neck or spinal conditions that could be aggravated by the ride.
Drivers are responsible for snowmobile damage, with a maximum liability of €950 per person per accident under the tour’s liability terms.
Travel insurance is not included.
