Meeting and pickup

• The meeting point is next to the Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon, in the building beside it, near the Chaumet Lisbon store. ‼️ We recommend waiting near Door No. 12, Chaumet Lisbon, on the main avenue (Av. da Liberdade), not the small street going downhill. This helps avoid the busy main entrance.‼️

• ️ Important Note – Alternative Itinerary in Case of Closures: In rare situations when Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira, or both are closed — which may happen due to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or heat waves — the tour will still go ahead with an alternative plan. In such cases, the visit will include: The National Palace of Sintra, located in the heart of the village The elegant Queluz Palace, often called the “Portuguese Versailles”
• Tours can be bilingual (operated in 2 languages).
• We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, as we will walk at some of the sites to visit
• Tour will go ahead even under rainy conditions, always ensuring everyone's safety
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers
• Sintra is often rainy, foggy, or colder than Lisbon, especially in the early morning, so please check the weather forecast.
• Not recommended for travelers with walking restrictions and limited mobility
• Sintra is a mountainous area, and both Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace involve unavoidable uphill walking
