Your guide will be waiting by the Emperor Franz I statue at Hofburg Palace, holding a sign for easy recognition. Take the U3 subway to Herrengasse station. From there, walk about 5 minutes towards the Innerer Burghof courtyard inside the palace complex.

Please note that the museum has reserved entry times. It is important to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes earlier, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated or refunded.
After your guided visit to the Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments, continue on a walking tour through the historic Hofburg district. Explore Heldenplatz and Josefsplatz, pass by the famous Spanish Riding School and the Augustinian Church, and discover the fascinating history of Vienna's imperial center with your guide.
Pets are not permitted inside the museum.
Guests may visit the Augustinerkirche (the Augustinian Church) on their own, as guiding inside the church is not permitted.
Large bags, suitcases, umbrellas, and baby strollers are not permitted inside the museum and cannot be stored on-site.
The Sisi Museum will be closed for maintenance from 6 October to 18 November. The tour will still include the Imperial Apartments and Hofburg Gardens and will last approximately 2 hours. The tour price is reduced by €10 per person during this period.
