All guests ARRIVING are reminded to fill out the St. Lucia Electronic Immigration Entry Form prior to arrival to St. Lucia. The form can be completed up to 3 days before your arrival to St. Lucia.

Meeting and pickup

  • Airport → Resort After clearing Customs at UVF, proceed to the Airport Express Ferry Representative just outside Arrivals, who will have a sign “Airport Ferry Service” Inform the coordinator you are a Airport Express Ferry guest; your transfer to the pier is included.
  • Resort → Airport Be ready in your resort lobby at your scheduled pickup time with luggage. A driver will transfer you to the ferry for your journey south. On arrival, your included taxi takes you directly to the airport terminal.
