The menu you will prepare includes:

- Starter: Tuna sesame salad with a light, tangy dressing

- Sushi maki: Spicy tuna roll, avocado cream cheese roll and spicy California roll

- Special maki: Spicy double tuna roll and caterpillar roll layered with avocado

- Temaki: Tuna, eel and California hand rolls

With step-by-step instruction from your sushi chef, you’ll learn precision rolling, knife skills and plating for sushi that balances flavor, texture and presentation.
