Meeting and pickup

• After disembarking, follow the signs through the cruise terminal and continue walking until you exit the port area through the barrier. Our guide will be waiting for you outside the barrier, with "VEXPERIO" sign. You can find a link to the exact location in the Ticket Details section.

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• The shared tour is suitable for children aged 5 and above. For younger children, please contact us to enquire about possible exceptions.
• Please note that this tour involves walking, including on uneven surfaces, and is not suitable for individuals with mobility limitations. Wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or similar mobility aids cannot be accommodated. We kindly ask you to assess your ability to participate before booking, as refunds cannot be issued if, on the day of the tour, you are unable to join due to mobility-related concerns.

• Please note that Tenerife’s weather can be full of surprises - you might even experience all four seasons in a single day! Thanks to the island’s diverse landscapes and changing altitudes, it might be warm and sunny at the coast, while the mountains greet you with cooler temperatures, a bit of wind, or even some rain. To make sure you stay comfortable whatever the weather has in store, we recommend bringing an umbrella and an extra layer of warm clothing, such as a sweater or a jacket. After all, a little sunshine, a few clouds, and a mountain breeze are all part of Tenerife’s charm!
