Our Downtown DC location is in Penn Quarter, just a few blocks from The White House and National Mall — perfect if you want to plan a day out in DC. There are plenty of popular restaurants and bars in the area, great for dinner before the adventure and post-game drinks to recap afterward.

The Escape Game DC in Penn Quarter features 5 immersive themes including our most difficult escape game, Prison Break. Each family-friendly adventure accommodates 8 players. All of our escape rooms include unique themes and multiple rooms to escape from.

Meeting and pickup

  • We are at 950 F Street, right around the corner from Ford's Theater. Parking is available in the Atlantic Building Garage (Enter at 10th St and E St NW).

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
  • You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
  • Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
  • The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.
  • Unless you book all the spots in a game, our games have the potential to be shared experiences, which means others could book into your game and join your team.
