  • Each passport is limited to one ticket purchase within any 4-day period. Duplicate bookings across platforms may cause order failure.
  • Enter strictly at your reserved gate and time. We may assist with personal entry issues, but all related losses are the visitor's responsibility.
  • No partial refunds for used services. Unused rides on transportation passes are non-refundable.
  • Wild macaques are present. Do not feed, touch, or provoke them. Contact staff immediately for insurance claims if injured.
  • Open flames and smoking outside designated areas are prohibited. Violators will be fined according to park regulations.
