During the stay of several hours in Hohenschwangau you have the possibility to have lunch and to visit the castle Neuschwanstein with a guided tour in English. You can hike to the viewpoint "Marienbrücke" where you can take incredible and breathtaking pictures of Neuschwanstein Castle.

You can also visit Hohenschwangau Castle from the outside or, weather permitting, take a walk along the Alpsee lake.
