About this activity

Enjoy the thrill of creating your own silver jewelry from scratch in collaboration with experienced silversmiths.

You will go through several stages, starting with design selection, introduction to materials and tools, melting silver grains, forming wire or plate, shaping the jewelry, soldering, sanding, and polishing.

Each step will be guided by skilled silversmiths, making it easy for tourists with no prior experience in silver jewelry making to create their own pieces.

This unique and memorable experience will undoubtedly be a highlight of your holiday in Ubud.

What's included

  • ✓Take home your own silver jewelry starting from 1–5 grams (final weight depends on your design)
  • ✓If your silver jewelry less than 5 grams, the usage will still be accounted for as 5 grams.
  • ✓Class duration is 1.5 hours to 3 hours (Each participant can make only one silver jewelry piece)
  • ✓All necessary materials and tools, snack, mineral water and Free Wi-Fi
  • ✓Create your jewelry design and the jewelry you make is directly yours

Meeting and pickup

  • Ubud Monkey Forest Silver Class is located about 8 minutes’ walk north from Ubud Monkey Forest, on Jalan Monkey Forest. Find the alley on the right side between Yulia Village Inn and Belle Wine Bar & Grazing Boards (look for the wall sign “la vie est BELLE”), about 10 meters inside.
