The immense white expanse of the Uyuni Salt Flats creates a surreal scenery unlike anywhere else on Earth. During the dry season (May to October), the surface hardens into endless geometric patterns formed naturally by crystalline salt polygons. In the rainy season (November to March), a thin layer of water transforms the Salar into a spectacular natural mirror, perfectly reflecting the sky and creating one of the most mesmerizing landscapes in the world.
