This service is designed for travelers who want a warmer, smoother arrival in Hokkaido—especially in winter, when the walk from a station to your hotel with suitcases can be cold, snowy, and tiring. Instead of carrying luggage through trains, airport buses, icy sidewalks, or crowded stations, meet your driver at the airport with free name sign service and travel directly to your hotel or accommodation.

For airport arrivals, flight monitoring is available when the correct flight number is provided, with 90 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. For Sapporo city pickup, 30 minutes of free waiting is included from the scheduled pickup time. The service can be used from CTS to Sapporo or from Sapporo to CTS; return transfer is not included. This is private transfer only. No guide, English-speaking driver, sightseeing stops, meals, or extra waiting time are included.
