With my 20+ years of home cooking experience, I am happy to offer Hand-rolled sushi, a very popular Japanese dish available only at home, not in restaurants!

I very much care about the FRESHNESS of LOCAL ingredients, such as rice and seaweed harvested in Kobe, and I make sure that those ingredients are prepared with traditional Japanese tools.

What's included
